This place is unorganized, no one is there to help, this company seems to be in it only for the money, my girlfriend went in voluntarily on Monday hasn't spoken to no social worker and it’s already Friday now she has to wait until Monday because the little doctor wanna be home chilling just like I bet they do at work I just don’t understand at this point why do they have her there still if no one is talking to her for a whole week that is just traumatizing being locked up not knowing what is going on this place should be should be shut down I’m just one person of many complains they need to do something and fire the staff because they’re irresponsible you guys need to get it together if not you guys are just harming more and for what money ? This whole facility need to get reviewed. Don’t send no one there no one

1 star because I can't give 0 I left this place more traumatized than when I went in. The first night I was shoved into a room lined with beds wall to wall with people screaming, talking to themselves, crying, etc. The very first woman to talk to me threatened to strangle me with my bedsheet and when I told the staff all they said was don't worry about her she won't do anything leaving me at risk. They would not allow any information to be released to my SO even though I had authorized him twice. After 2 days of not being able to leave my bed other than to use the restroom upon the staffs orders I was taken upstairs to haven where I experienced even more people screaming at themselves, televisions, walls, each other. People hitting themselves and one another. Nurses did not care and made no attempt to actually help these patients I heard several of them tell other nurses to just leave them be its easier that way. I gained nothing from this experience except PTSD which I now need professional treatment for. This place is a disgusting what was promised to be a 72 hour stay was forcefully stretched into 8 days because they do not allow you to leave even if you come in voluntarily. It felt like a prison more than a hospital meant to help people. I'd rather cut off my right tiddy than ever go here again for any reason ever

BEWARE! I went in voluntarily To Haven Behavioral Hospital for opiate withdraws and they tried to petition me against my will. Stating I am a threat to myself or others, just so they could keep me longer to bill my insurance when I was 100% fine.
