This place is AMAZING!! Billie assisted us today with getting our motorhome title changed from FL to AZ. We had all the documentation gathered and handed them to her and within 10 minutes we were out the door. Billie was friendly, helpful and very professional. She represents ADOT to the max.

THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!! RUDE UNHELPFUL STAFF!!!!!! I scheduled an appointment online at 575 N Idaho Rd., Unit 600 Apache Junction, AZ 85119 for today. When I arrived 10 minutes early there was 3 people ahead of me. The lady at the first counter (Margy) was very rude, did not make eye contact, NO COMMUNICATION other than "go stand over there and look at the blue dot" and then she snaps at me very loudly in front of everyone "your head is not straight!" "straighten your head so I can take the picture" First off, Margy NEVER informed me that we were taking a picture, in fact, she did NOT say anything other than telling me to go stand and look at the blue dot - does she expect me to read her mind? I asked if I could see the photo because I was not even aware that she was taking one! She told me no... The next lady who "helped" me was Christy *whom was just as UNHELPFUL as Margy was* and she could not provide me with any answers to my questions.. She would not get another staff member to assist her or I. When I was asking questions she was responding in a sarcastic tone "I am not sure" "I don't know" Well, if she doesn't know then why doesn't she ask for someone to assist her? I drove over 45 minutes to just simply get a Driver's License with my updated address on it! This is absolutely ridiculous waste of time! Customers and individuals should be treated with respect and dignity. DMV at Apache needs to staff to COMMUNICATE, BE OF ASSISTANCE and HAVE RESPECT!!!! Someone needs to go in there undercover and expose the rotten rude staff. When I asked for a manager or someone else to assist me - I WAS DENIED! I walked out because I refused, absolutely refuse to be treated with such disrespect. I will be filing complaint with BBB and Attorney General Office. This behavior needs to stop.

Our AJ DOT is very handy and helpful. All the agents here are very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining and directing the best and most efficient way of handling complicated matters. They are quite fast even when there's a line. Also, when a little short on time, you can call ahead for appointment. Good place. Great people!
