After a serious auto accident, I reached out to Snyder & Wenner, PC. Mr. Snyder and his staff, assisted me through the whole process. I was able to recover from the serious injuries that I had, while I was confident that they were working and resolving issues surrounding everything involved in the accident. They got me a great settlement and took care of everything from the start to the very end. This is a Law Firm that works for you every step of the way.

I just cannot say enough about the help I received from Bryan and his team. Before going to Snyder & Wenner, I spoke with different offices and was disappointed in the care and knowledge. When speaking with Bryan.I knew with the positive response I had found the right place. Honest, kept me informed and absolutely professional. Thank you! Peggy W

I suffered life-changing, permanent personal injuries due to the negligence of someone else. From day one of Brian Snyder and his firm taking my case, he showed compassion and dedication. Brian was always quick to respond to any questions I had. I will forever be Thankful for all the time and hardwork you put into my case, and for the settlement that was reached for compensation of my permanent injuries. Thank you Brian(Snyder &Wenner)!

These guys are really excellent. After what happened, it was important to get lawyers that could represent us and make the process as painless as possible for my family, and Bryan really delivered on that. They achieved results we had hoped for in a stunningly fast amount of time, and they kept all of us in the loop the whole time. There was never any point where I was unsure what my lawyers were doing. I'd really feared an emotional ordeal with the people we were up against, but they handled everything wonderfully. I am glad they helped my family get justice. They went through on their promises, and they did my family right. Highly recommend!

Questions & Answers

Do you have experience with the Veterans Administration?

Snyder & Wenner, P.C. | Oct 5, 2020

Hi Catherine, thank you for your question. It depends in what context. We do handle medical malpractice cases against the VA. The last trial we had against them resulted in a plaintiff's verdict: https://snyderwenner.com/snyder-wenner-wins-3-2-million-medical-malpractice-verdict-u-s-government/ Our criteria for litigating a case is very strict because of how difficult medical malpractice cases are, but please feel free to call us at 602-224-0005 and our intake specialist can gather all of the information. Thanks!

What type of medical malpractice case do you take?

Andrew Simon | Oct 5, 2020
Snyder & Wenner, P.C. | Oct 5, 2020

Thanks for the question, Andrew. We only handle medical malpractice cases that result in catastrophic injury and wrongful death caused by hospitals, doctors, urgent care centers, and other healthcare providers (like nurses, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners). Catastrophic injuries include birth injuries, paralysis, amputation, and spinal cord injuries. Wrongful death means the medical malpractice resulted in the person's preventable death. If you have any other questions, please visit our website or call to ask! Thanks again for reaching out.

Do you handle mental health malpractice?

Dennis M. Winters | Oct 6, 2018
Snyder & Wenner, P.C. | Oct 5, 2020

Hi Dennis, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, due to some changes in the law recently, we no longer are taking on new mental health malpractice cases. That doesn't mean that it is acceptable for mental health practitioners to act any way they want, but those who make the laws have tried to make it exceedingly difficult to successfully bring new lawsuits like this. We handle all other types of catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases stemming from medical malpractice, though. I'm sorry we can't help, but hopefully there are other firms still handling these cases. It's such an important area of law!

Do you guys handle medical malpractice suits due to failure to diagnose, resulting in the condition to get extremely worse?

Peter Janiec | Oct 5, 2020
Snyder & Wenner, P.C. | Oct 5, 2020

Hi Peter, thank you for reaching out. We do handle misdiagnosis cases. The difficulty comes in regard to the injuries. We handle catastrophic injury (life-changing injuries) and wrongful death cases. What makes that so hard is that any injury can be very bad and serious to the person who has to live with it every day. If you’d like to discuss your case, you can reach us at 602-224-0005. Thanks again for posting your question. - Brian Snyder
