These people are rude. They've been giving me problems and run around about my mamaws account since she passed away almost 2 months ago. They've stole her money and charged interest on her loan after I gave them her death certificate and closed her checking account. I spent over 3 hrs on phone with legal dept and several service rep and they said for me to go to the bank and for them to talk to loan dept on her behalf. I went to bank and once again these women refused to help or call the loan dept like they asked. When I got ugly , they refused to give me her funds out of the account and tried to make me leave. I refused to leave and finally after awhile later they gave me the remaining funds but still kept the interest and other fees after she died. Dont bank with these people if you think you may die while using them. Update: I finally spoke to a higher up over all of the National Forest Banks and my mamaws interest and late fees have been refunded to her checking account and I recieved the funds. But I will not change my rating to this bank location and still dont recomend them.

Some of the people who work here are very rude and give customers attitude. Others are somewhat nice. Depending on the person I am dealing with, it will either be a pleasant or unpleasant experience.
