They need to update their automated phone message when you call their main number it does not list the locations that do not take walk-ins I just wasted my time going over to their facility just to sit there and play with the kiosk that would make me an appointment later on this afternoon then It was explained buy one of the techs that they don't take walk-ins at all. She was very nasty and rude and walked away in the middle of our conversation. So I hope the manager reads this and takes action to explain to their employee not to be rude to their patience when there's a confusion like this. It doesn't take any effort just to be nice.

Made an appointment. I was a few minutes late due to morning traffic but it was fine. I had never been before and was a little out of my way but the only early morning appointment i could get in a timely manner. Checked in at the kiosk. I was brought back a few minutes later and the phlebotomist was GREAT. She was quick and thorough. I HATE having blood drawn because I have disappearing veins and they usually have to fish around to find the vein. Not this lady. One stick and she was done. Great experience. It was worth the drive.

Rude. Been there one time before and they took me in without an apt because they weren’t busy. Came in, signed in for me and someone else the windows were 3 hours apart. I sat down and waited for 20 mins and asked the front desk if we would be able to be seen even if the sign in was for 10 am. Mind you I was there at 715 am. She rudely looks at me and says what do you mean. I told her what I mean is that if no one comes in do you take walk in’s because I have two people and the time slots are three hours apart. She said no we have appointments every ten mins. Being there for 20 mins waiting I can assure you there were not appointments every ten and the lobby was completely empty. Her whole demeanor was just off. I left. It was just a tasteless environment.
