Mario was the one who cut my hair. My hair is uneven. He gave me bangs I did not ask for. I have a very obvious cowlick that he disregarded. He was hitting on me and I’ve never felt more uncomfortable. He finally relented when I said I was married. I’m not married, but I lied so he would stop. He said that he learned how to cut womens hair so he could… I guess hit on them. He kept saying “you know what I mean”, and I had no idea what he meant. I will not be able to return to this location. I hated it before I even left his chair, but was too uncomfortable to say anything. No one should feel unsafe or uncomfortable in a hair salon.

i went to this location today to get a basic trim. just a couple of inches and that’s it. when mario called me back to do my hair i was hesitant because i usually don’t have men doing my hair. it became quite obvious about five minutes in that he is a barber and not a hairdresser. he cut about five inches of my hair and it is completely uneven. i have never had problems with any of the women at this location, but i am never coming back because of this man. my confidence and self-esteem have been absolutely shattered and im not even going to go to work this week. i can’t. i wish the girls working there would’ve said something because i kept making eye contact and i could tell we were all thinking the same thing: what is this man doing to my hair?!? this is by far the worst haircut i’ve ever had in my life and that speaks volumes as i’ve had a handful of not great haircuts. i am so disappointed and might just shave my head at this point.

Would not recommend coming here when it is busy. Had my hair cut rushed because there was a long line and ended up very unsatisfied with the result.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
