I stayed at this hotel with my service animal they knew that she was a service animal they got all the paperwork up front and then after we checked in they called our room and said we could not stay because they don't allow pets now which way is that one going that's fraud and it's a federal offense they do not take service animals because my service animal is documented and registered with Arizona she is a service animal for my seizures so they took our money credit card again oh we're not going to we won't charge your card no no no they pulled the funds and they hold them that is still shown on your credit card as a purchase. Then they saw the service animal I faxed them the service animal documentation to verify that my animal was a service animal and what job she performed they see me come in with the animal I go through the lobby to show them then we go to a room and literally 10 minutes later they say we have to leave because no animals are allowed.

Good quality in its class, staff was pleasant, responsive and knowledgeable. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Electric outlets are worn and did not hold our appliances. Internet was poor quality and unstable. Breakfast was good quality and had a variety of options.
