Ordered a chicken sandwich. Food used to be amazing but last time we went my chicken sandwich was awful. Dry hardly anything on the bun besides chicken was a small piece of lettuce tiny amount of oinion and a cold bun with no mayo. Only reason to go there now is if they have Badlandz playing on the patio.

Placed an online order for pickup, a couple of chicken tenders meals. When my husband showed up at the time 20 minutes later they informed him that they had no food for us because they were out of tenders. Customer name and phone number is part of the ordering process, they didn’t even call us!! Just let us wait and drive there for nothing. Then they didn’t even offer if we wanted to order something different. Guess we won’t be coming back, this is definitely not the only place in town for chicken and burgers!

When asked if the meal deal included the Tuesday discount and was told yes. After I got home I looked at my receipt and realized that they had charged me full price. Next time if there is a next time I'll look at the total before signing. What a joke.

This use to be our go to spot for quick food but we are done with the chicken shack in west Richland. We ordered last month and the sides were horrible. They use to have the best macaroni salad. Last time it wasn’t edible, neither was the Cole slaw. We decided to give It another shot tonight. Came home and flipped open the box. Not a drumstick to be seen. My wife likes thighs I’m all in for the drums. I called the restaurant to see what they could do for us. Their service was as bad as their macaroni salad. Gal was rude as heck on the phone and said well you got a dozen wings so I don’t see what the big deal is. They could’ve dropped six drums in the fryer and I would’ve been a happy customer. Adios chicken shack. I’d recommend avoiding at all cost based off these last two experiences.

Well of course. They also have a selection of burgers, chicken sandwiches, chilis, and salads. And of course they have gluten options for those who are interested. And fingers are large pieces of breaded chicken strips.
Yes! And kids even eat free on certain days.
They carry lots of different drinks they have a craft beer place I believe next to it
