I love this pharmacy. Always polite and helpful and I never have to wait.

I have had several unpleasant encounters with an extremely rude pharmacist at this particular location.

I’m honestly not sure of the name of the Pharmacist at my local Publix Supermarket in Holly Hill and will update this review with a name as soon as I hear back from cooperate. Maybe it’s Kim, because I see a similar review to this one. I was asking for a prescription to be filled one day early so my husband and I could get on the road early Sunday morning for our vacation to visit his parents in Destin, Fl. One Day!! Day 28. Instead I was shamed (basically a backhanded comment implying abuse) being told I should have medicine left. I did, but not over one weeks worth and not something I want to concern myself with on vacation. There was no reasoning with her. I was then told they would be ready at 12:00 on Sunday…the next day, so I asked if they could be ready first thing. I was told they open at 11:00, and I could come in at 11 and stare at her for an hour. Wow. How professional. I’m a college educated business owner and would never speak that way to a customer. The way I was treated was disgraceful. I called another Publix and told that Pharmacist about what had happened, she looked at my information and saw I’ve never asked for an early fill and had them ready for me within 20 minutes. I hope the pharmacist at the Holly Hill Publix and her God complex reads this. Her customer service is UNACCEPTABLE. Her accusations that I abuse my medicine & should have leftover medicine and the nasty comment that I could come and stare at her while waiting will not be tolerated by me. I’ve contacted the store manager, corporate office and will not relent until she is reprimanded and I received an apology. Doctors prescribe medications for their patients as they know their patients history and what is working for said patient. A Pharmacist’s job is to fill the prescription. I am a good customer and person that has never asked for an early fill and should not have been spoken to that way and shamed as if I have a “drug” problem. There will be extenuating circumstances that occur in life. I’m grateful to the kind pharmacist at the other Publix who filled the prescription. It is bright and early Sunday morning and we are heading out for vacation. I’m thankful I won’t have to wait until 12:00 to get on the road or arrive at 11:00 to “stare” at a narcissistic pharmacist with a bad attitude. Anyway, it’s a beautiful day and we are excited to see our family. I truly believe that you reap what you sow.
