Beautiful roof top tapas restaurant with a pool (currently closed). It only accepts walk-ins and the wait can be long. But the food and ambiance is excellent. It's a bit fancy/elegant but our small kids still enjoyed it. We went at 6 pm and waited until 745 for a table, so go early or expect to wait. However there's a great waiting area with couches and chairs outside where you can get drinks. Highly recommend.

Our family is staying on resort property and we decided to dine at ‘eleven’. This is not our first visit to an upscale restaurant HOWEVER it is the first time we’ve been asked to leave ID or payment prior to service. Is this policy selective?

Yes. They ask for id or credit card. People tend to leave without paying.
