I know people that lived here ,and they do not fix things correctly. Maintenance patched a leak that should've been properly fixed,instead of removing mold that had started to grow,they painted over it,and moved someone else in the next week.NOT fair housing!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The maintenance staff is inefficient and incompetent. The apartments are old and dingy. Pet rent is an absolute waste of money and will they attempt to rob you blind when you leave. DO NOT LIVE HERE

Nice apartments. All of our maintenance requests, which haven't been many because the apartments are nice, have been resolved by the next day. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.
