Website wasn't working for me to order online. So we go there and ask for the grad pack "i think is what it's called" of 10 sandwiches. The employees look hesitant and go ask somebody in the back if they can make 10 sandwiches. The employee which I assume is the manager says no im sorry we can't do catering right now because if customers come we can't make them wait. Am I not a paying customer? I was ready to wait but your employees still turned down my business.

Rude employee. The easiest thing a company can do is be polite to a customer but this objective was not met. I was told my food would be discounted by one employee but, after it was prepared, the cashier refused to honor the price, offered no recourse, and seemed perturbed I would even ask for what I was promised. I won't patronize here again.

The service was great but the food just wasn't anything to write home about. I'd eat there again if it was my only option but otherwise, I'd go somewhere else. I got the Italian and my husband got the Wreck. It's overpriced in my opinion. Subway subs are better and cost less. $37 for two subs, two small bags of chips, two drinks and a cookie was a bit much.

Delicious food! I got the skinny chicken club & powerhouse half-salad for $10. Service was quick and not too busy. Customer Service was direct and to the point. I would recommend moving the menu closer to eye level as it took me a bit to find it.
