Absolutely love Polywood. I think of all the cheaper items that didn’t last when I could’ve had Polywood from the beginning. Looks great, lasts a long time and great for the environment.

We purchased a table to be supplied by poly wood. Delivery was 2-5 weeks. We are at 8 weeks, received the legs but no table, company is unresponsive to requests…. Now being told 2-5 more weeks. We can’t even give them more than one star since we didn’t get the products or answers

Wow! What a great experience we had with Polywood! I really don't understand the reviews I see below. Not only do they provide a 5-star product with an industry leading warranty, built weatherproof, strong and sturdy, but the customer service has been absolutely wonderful every step of the way. Don't listen to those complaining about quality or assembly, they seem to not understand this is a sturdy 20 year rated polywood process that would be similar to traditional plastic injection fabrication. This means, no matter how much quality they do, yes, some pieces won't be perfect and may have slight over/undersized openings or plastic overlap - we did see what others complained about and we were surprised they didn't expect that with a polywood product, it was no big deal and was as simple as us screwing in pieces with a little more force than normal, no extra tools required. Again, this is what you are paying for, a very strong 20 year weather rated product made out of polywood. Anyways, they have both phone support and live chat, and there is almost never a wait to speak to a representative that is always ready to help. I've had 5+ interactions with their team at this point and they are always hardworking, cheerful and of great assistance. Thanks Polywood! We will surely be back with more business in the future.
