I entered my son into the wrestling program here. Very knowledgeable guys that clearly have a passion for the sport. They are great at noticing the details and correcting them if need be. The overall feeling of the place is great too; it's not stiff and uncomfortable. After a long day of work, it's nice to come into this warm environment filled with passionate athletes.

I came here using a Groupon and enjoyed my short time here. I got a great workout doing Leroy's boxing class. This man is like a human energy drink, super enthusiastic and motivating every class. I took coach G's kickboxing class a few times too and he was really nice and welcoming. Everyone here was generally pretty welcoming and I felt comfortable training here immediately. Nice facility and helpful staff. I would definitely train here if I lived in Houston.

Hello out Unlimted Includes... BJJ Wrestling Strength & conditioning Boxing Kickboxing Mma The rate is $249 a month no contract or you can pay for only the programs you want. For example Bjj $149/month Add kickboxing +$20 total $169/month Bjj, boxing, kickboxing = $189/month
We just train sport wrestling.
$99/month no contract. The sessions are Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm and open mat on sundays from 12-2. Athletic clothes no pockets or zippers, and we recommend wrestling shoes.
A monthly membership for boxing classes is $129 no contract. If you want private lessons there is a facility fee of $49 and then the coaches hourly rate which the gym does not take a cut so that price would be negotiated with coach. Hope that answers your question. We also offer a 2-week unlimited trial for $50, during those 2 weeks you can try out as many classes as you like.
Our membership prices are based on what programs you want to do. Becoming a professional fighter is more on the student we have to Coaches to get you there but you have to put in the work.

My kids are in the toddler wrestling and that is a game they play at the end... but they teach the basic movements for normal wrestling
Yes. There's a kid's class for beginners and then an elite class which is for more experienced little ones and middle school to high school
