This Culver’s continues to disappoint. It used to be so good! And so consistent. The restaurant itself is gross every time we go. Especially the bathrooms. The food is not great anymore. My boyfriend got food poisoning from one of their burgers. And now, they were “out of chocolate custard”, which seems to only happen after 9pm, and the concrete mixers were runny! This location really needs some attention from their owners and managers.

Wisconsin grown for me and Culver's. The best butter burgers, and even better custard. Fresh daily and new custard flavor each day. The best fried cheese curds. Brings me back to my childhood. Thanks for being in Prescott Valley and Prescott!!!

Normally I love Culver's, but today I did curdside pickup and waited 20 minutes before I called them- there app malfunctioned and never refreshed my order. After waiting that long, they gave me a large malt and a large shake instead of smalls :) but they forgot the hot fudge (so I got a peanut butter malt🥴)

Seems like the only good thing here is ice cream and even at times that isn't so delicious. I used to love Culver's but Idk if it's this location or.... I've gotten Concretes here several times and it seems like it's mostly ice cream, very little mix in, especially if you ask for hot fudge or caramel, it's a little bit on the edge of the cup, not mixed into the ice cream🙁 When asked for a manager, guy comes out with attitude. Last time I got two concretes at the drive thru, they told me to pull to the side, 10-15 minutes later a gal comes out with liquid concretes leaking all down the cups!🙁 when I mentioned it, she grunted something from behind her mask. I couldn't tell if she was disabled or what, so I just left.... As far as food, I tried a cheeseburger once, it was not good, never again. So today decided to try chicken tenders, wow, really yucky! The meat is rubbery and stuck to the very mushy breading🙁 frozen I guess. Anyway, had to douse it with lots of sauce to get it down and threw away most of it. The inside team members are very unhelpful and not as knowledgeable. The Drive Thru team seems better, but idk. They definitely need some training and better mangers! Definitely will only get ice cream here in future and even then, minimally!
