Jared called 1 hour before our appointment to say we are canceling. He also left a voice mail and and email. But it is a 35 min drive from my home to his shop. And I had already left So i drove 45 miles for absolutely nothing. Except to be told we cancelled your appointment and we may do an oil change if you leave it but no promises. Apparently corporate has appointment scheduler that he doesn't use. He and another man stood in the office telling me how they couldn't do it. Also another tech was out front. But Insisted no 1 could do it.

Brought my sweet geo metro in when it was feeling under the weather. The peppy boys got me in right away and explained to me what was going on with my rig. Very great experience, especially with the skinny guy Brock at the counter and the cool master technician that was working on my car!

A few weeks ago I brought in my 2014 Cadillac SRX to look at my air conditioner because I wasn't switching modes. The local Cadillac dealer I needed a new computer and other shops said I needed a new A/C. I took my car to the Pep Boys in Prescott Valley, Ray the technician informed me my touchscreen was dried out and needed to be replaced. Arthur said he had confidence that Ray and Zach, the technicians could take care of this issue and did correct the problem with ease. They saved me $3000. They are the best technicians in town. I am recommending them to all my family and friends.

Very happy with the service, made a last minute appointment for an oil change and they got me in quick gave me a full detail on anything wrong with my car and were happy to help and show me exactly what they were talking about. Will definitely be bringing my car here again.
