I had a great experience. The lanterns were absolutely beautiful. It shows that they take pride in the work they do to put a show on for people.

This was a beautiful display of various lanterns designed to represent all sorts of different things! There were also concessions, interactive stations, and even an acrobatics show featuring a guy juggling a chair with his feet!

There are free parking areas, just a little walk to get to the gates. I'm not sure about shuttles.
It's already over
Like an hour and a half if you stop and take pictures or get food at the food trucks and stands.
They are open now everyday at 6pm until 9pm. Until the middle of December. Better to get tickets online and don't bring any bags in eith you.
