This place is great. Wonderful customer service and a courteous staff. I needed a tire patch and they had 3 tire jobs in front of me. They just opened, so there were only 2 employees there already. They got me out in less than an hour and the guy who ran the counter was helping out in back to move things along. Great service!

I went to mavis because my breaks were squeaking they told me the problem was my calibrator and I need to be fixed and I need new brakes they change the brakes in the calibrator and they installed them when I drove off the car was still squeaking after 2 weeks the noise gotten worse and my car wouldn’t stop unless I mashed my breaks so I took my car to a different mavis store and they said my breaks were installed broken do not I repeat do not take your car here they will damage your vehicle and put your life in jeopardy I attached a picture of the break pad

The Mavis location near Home Depot is the definition of great customer service and professional auto care. The manager Kirby is an amazing representative for the company, he’s always responsible and respectful. You’ll get nothing but great service here. 10/10 would highly recommend!

I went in on a Sunday to get a tire with a nail patched. They were too busy so I made an appointment for 9:30 the next morning. This was my wife's car, so she took it on her way to work. When she got there, there was no appointment in the system, but they informed they would "squeeze her in". This was supposed to be a quick, simple tire patch. However, after they took the car into the garage, it was an HOUR later when they asked for my wife to come into the garage, where they informed they had performed a full inspection on the car, proceeded to point out all these "problems", and then explain they were having a sale on.... At that point my wife cut him off and told him she only needed her tire patched and was now late for work. They had proceeded to do an inspection on the car that was NOT asked for. The receipt listed a bunch of checks that specified the customer had asked them to do this. NO, she did not! She was on a time crunch and needed to get to work as quickly as possible. The appearance is that they thought she was a "female" who didn't know any better and might bite on letting them fix all the problems they pointed out. This car receives regular maintenance at the proper intervals, so I can say with certainty it was a dishonest ploy to take advantage of a customer.
