My daughter's been buying them for years and what u get is what you get. They all seem to be the same size. I don't know what size that is exactly, but they all fit the same fingers. But Yes, If you're lucky enough to get one that's worth it then you'll need to take it somewhere to be sized.

When you ordered them, did you get a receipt and conformation number sent to your email? You could probably reply to that and explain what happened. Or just look for their email address on their websit. But that's odd that the phone number isn't working. The actual store isn't far from my house so if you can't figure it out through email...I can go by there one day soon and see what's going on with the phone. Do you mind me asking what number you're calling?
