After having taken shower today, dressed up in my favorite Summer outfit and wore my favorite comfortable pair of sandals this car wash’s leaking sprayer hose wet me all over, including my treasured sandals with high pressure sandals that I can’t rinse to clean. I’m so frustrated and disappointed this happened to me again. It happens to me every once in a while despite my diligence every time trying to avoid a wash bay that doesn’t work or have leaking hoses. Unfortunately today, the wash bay I go into had a hose that had black tape (see pictures) at the leaking spot supposedly to stop the leaking (rather spraying because of high pressure) but still still was leaking profusely. My encounter at other times weren’t this bad. This car wash is terribly maintained and several of their wash bays would have one or more their system components either not working or leaking: point of sale, bad sprayer hose or bad foam brush hose. If they can’t properly run the facility they should either close it or sell it to others who can properly maintain and run it. It’s very strange that they don’t post a phone number for customer service calls as many unattended business systems would, for example, snack and drink vending machines, tire inflators at gas stations, etc… City business administration, isn’t there some kind of ordinance governing this sector of business? I hope there’s and you should take actions for the owners to properly maintain and run their business. As this self car wash facility is the closest to my residence, I’ve no other option but come to it although I would have wanted to completely avoid it. Terrible place!

I've been here a few times and although its not well maintained I was able to wash my car. Today I went and all the stalls had signs saying the brush wasn't working. I proceeded to use the high pressure wash and no soap came out. None of the other features worked and they only sprayed water. I will not be returning given this experience

The first time I went i had a great experience being able to take care of something i care about with some of the special options. Any other time aside from that every area had a major issue that caused me to have to keep moving my car sometimes into already dirty areas and most of the machines would rob you of your couple dollars you had to wash your car.

I went there today (OCT 04, 2020) and the foam brushes were not working on ANY machine. I only had cash and cash intake slots had been removed from EVERY machine. There were people washing vehicles, but I can only assume they used coins. I didn't have any coins. Been going to this location since MAR 2020, when I moved into the area and have never had a problem. I guess I have to go elsewhere to wash my vehicle.
