The asthma care here is very poor. Getting my child the treatment and medication he needs for his asthma has been a huge hassle. On top of it being a hassle, the staff was rude and challenging to work with. A parent trying to help their sick child shouldn’t have to deal with medical providers acting clueless and being difficult in the process. Don’t bring your child here if they have asthma.

So two of my kids was discharged due to a no show even though I have called and explained to them that me and my husband was sharing a car and I didn't have anyway to get their so now my twins had an appointment to get their shots done and they told me because two of my kids was discharged even though I told them I had no way to get there they told me they cannot see any of my children and that they can't be seen at any office which Is weird to me but it's okay I'm gonna find another pediatrician for all of my babies

I had the worst experience ever because of Knightdale Pediatrics. My 12 yr. old son was diagnosed with an ear infection on Wednesday and the prescription for his medication was never sent to the pharmacy. I called back Wednesday, Thursday, and now it's Friday and my son still doesn't have the medication that was prescribed. I've been going to the pharmacy and calling Knightdale Pediatrics everyday for 3 days. I'm moving my son to an office that actually cares about kids.

Profit over patient care, denied medical services for a child that has severe autoimmune and current active infection because her vaccines are not up to date when even the hospital said do not vaccinate this child. Even after showing proof she can not get vaccine due to her medical sistaition they still refused to see her. Absolutely disgusting!!!
