Luci, which tribe does your CIB belong to? Sometime, the CIB copy could be obtained via tribal office. It depends on the tribe.

Jo-el, First, follow the guide at https://www.bia.gov/guide/tracing-american-indian-and-alaska-native-aian-ancestry to understand what information needed to document your children's ancestry. Then enter the CDIB form (at https://www.bia.gov/sites/bia.gov/files/assets/public/raca/online_forms/pdf/Certificate_of_Degree_of_Indian_Blood_1076-0153_Exp3-31-21_508.pdf) and submit the form to the tribe which your children should have membership with. I hope this answers your concern.
