I have friends who lived here for many years. I notice they have people who work here that care. They actually clean up the community. It’s sad to see people put such nasty reviews All I see they are people who are nothing but those that don’t live here or are people that should not even be in the park in the first place. I love this community and the only ones who complain are probably the ones who can’t even keep their house clean or don’t live here. What I do know the manager has zero tolerance for bad residents. So if you claim you live their and you say it’s a bad place is because you got evicted or you left because your one of the bad residents. Like the last review I see.

It's was the worse place I ever lived I was terrorized by boy with black horse he was cutting my floors out going in my place anytime he wanted he put bugs that get in your skin he only come out after 12 at nite and don't go in till sun comes up he used a projector to make it look like your place had demons that was a scam in the 50s Delaware city police let him do what ever he wanted and so did the people that own the park they have a scam going on it I never seen so much evil I one place in my life and the owners said he didn't live they anymore but I have taps of him everyday in his place he rent from owner alot off places are not lived in boarded up it was a year long nite mere never new so much evil live in one place
