I went to this place 6 months ago to get my partial denture. They took my payment and my denture was no good after two fitting. They told me to use dental adhesive to make it fit. I asked for a refund which they promised me 3x after speaking with their manager Keisha. I have been calling several times per week for months, but the manager is either busy or puts me on hold for an hour and forgets me. Please don't go to that dental clinic. No word of honor and you cannot speak to anyone who is willing to help you. They will just rob you with your money and don't care whatever happens next. They have said different things over and over again. My insurance hasn't been refunded either after charging more than 2k for the denture that They told me to return in time to get refunded. It's my worst nightmare with this dental clinic. They are all unprofessional periods.

Mentally draining to work here as an employee and the office could be ran a lot better. The environment is very negative, I feel bad for any patient who decides to come here as there will be long wait times because of the packed schedules. Patient centered care could be better.

I had a 4:00 appointment and arrived at 3:30 to do paperwork if needed, and the receptionist at the desk which was the only white lady there said I didn’t have insurance and I tried to explain to her that I did. After she refused to try and figure out what was going on I called the company myself to only find out I was correct and they asked to speak with her and she tried to make like that I still didn’t have insurance but after staying on the phone with company representative she was looking at the wrong account and my appointment got pushed back to 4:30. But once I got back into the treatment room everything went well. So pack your patience because this young crowd will definitely test you.

Everyone that I came into contact with was professional. The front desk was awesome, along the the assistant hygienist and the Doctor who performed my extraction

On average, getting a dental implant takes three to nine months. This includes removing the existing tooth (if needed), surgically placing the implant, allowing the bone to heal and fuse with the implant, and creating and placing the implant restoration (crown, bridge, or denture). No! A root canal procedure shouldn't hurt when done by a trained professional with modern technology and tools. In fact, the pain associated with a root canal actually stems from the pain caused by the infection inside your tooth before getting treatment. Contact us for stress-free root canal therapy in Durham, NC.
A dental implant is an excellent choice for replacing a missing, broken, or severely decayed tooth. It's the only restoration that'll replace an entire tooth from root to crown. This helps to make the implant look, feel, and function like a real tooth. No one will notice! The short answer: Professional tooth whitening by a dentist. Why? It'll work better than store-bought or DIY methods. Professional teeth whitening removes intrinsic (internal) and extrinsic (surface) stains, which means whiter, even, and longer-lasting results. It's also customized to you, including your sensitivity and desired shade of white. I am guessing it depends on your insurance and what type of extraction they have to do. Give them a call the front desk staff are very helpful and informative.
Yes they do take emergency appointments for limited exams if you are having a tooth ache, there is a bit of a wait since they will try to fit you in between their already scheduled patients. For cleanings they do schedule those appointments ahead of time or you can see if they have any cancellations that they could fit you in to the schedule.
Yes they did mine
They will probably do an exam and come up with a treatment plan. Depending on how expensive the treatment plan is, and without insurance, they will give you the option of applying for Care Credit or for Wells Fargo assistance. Hope this helps.
