Paid 200+ And tip for a full set and lashes were falling out and shedding the whole way home in bunches. I texted before I got home and she said oh that’s weird and was defensive that I must have rubbed them(I did not). She never offered to re-apply them and didn’t answer when I asked her to eventho it was still an inconvenience to me to come back. It has now not even been a full week and they are almost all gone -literally I have about 2 lashes on each eye. Zero customer care. I have been getting lash extensions for YEARS(just moved here and tried her first) and I know very well how to care for them and that this is NOT normal. A little customer care and concern would have gone a long way. Will not be back. Waste of money and lack of care for loyal clients.

Kevie has been doing my lash extensions for several years now and I could not be more pleased. She is the most talented lash artist I have ever met!!! She is meticulous, thorough, fast and provides top notch service to her clients. I get compliments on my lashes daily.....all thanks to her!!! I can not imagine ever letting anyone touch my lashes now....... so I will follow Kevie anywhere....... why? Because she is the best of the best!!!!! Kevie is an expert and perfectionist at lash extensions. Ive had many different salons and stylist do them over the years and Im so glad to have finally found my lash extension home! She takes her time to explain home care and maintenance so you can get the full amount of time with them. Ive never had any shed before my 2 week period, and I love to brush my lashes! I have gone to Kevie for lashes several times and love them so much whenever I get them done! She really went out of her way to help teach me about how to keep them lasting.
