I went for the first time on Sunday, 9/20. I was in and out of the chair within 2 hours. Coming from someone with long, thick natural hair, my hair feels really healthy and shiny. Didn't have much of a problem there with the overall heat that was used. It may be my new spot for hair emergency's!

Little confusing on blow out,silk press and wash and set if u from outta town they call em different here but hands down in and out no problem and professional stylist. My hair feels good, new like it can breathe again. I recommend and its not expensive like back home. So it's now August 28th and my hair has completely fallen out. My curl pattern is all the way off and my hair still smells burnt. I believe they put chemicals in my all natural hair during shampooing or conditioning. I've gone back to braids because the blow out messed me up. Im thinking of cutting it off in a short style just until it grows before putting heat to it. Something told me to bring my own shampoo and conditioner which is exactly what I usually do when new people do my hair. So that's what I would recommend. Now that I mention it after they got finished with my hair ,while waiting for my ride I overheard a lady bringing in her granddaughter saying no conditioner or no deep condition. One of the two.

ALL OF MY DAUGHTERS HAIR FELL OUT !!!! THEY PUT RELAXER IN THEIR SHAMPOO OR CONDITIONER!! MY DAUGHTER NOW HAS A LITTLE AFO AND HAVE TO START ALL OVER !! IM READY TO FIGHT THEM ….
