Been bringing my dog here for a year and it has been great up until recently. Everyone is very friendly and the dog has fun, but the whole place has become a bit gross in the last few months. Lots of random stuff left laying around like trash, clothing, needles under the overpass, etc. feeling like safety is becoming a bit of a concern so I probably won’t be back there any time soon.

Been coming here for a few years. Lots of space for running and catch. People coming and going with their pups. Good place to enjoy being outside and get yourself and your dog some social time.

It’s great to have a dog park right in downtown! The Dogspot has separate areas for small and large dogs, as well as some benches and several areas with shade. Running water is available and there’s even a separate outdoor dog wash area. The 50lbs+ section is quite large and is a great way to repurpose an unused area below and adjacent to the parkway and exits for I-565. The traffic noise is not especially bothersome and definitely doesn’t seem to bother the dogs. It also allows for some bonus off-leash time in the rainy season, under the overpass areas.

It's the dog park with two separate areas for large breed dogs and smaller ones. There is seating to socialize with other dog owners and a couple spots for people less social. There's running water for the dogs to drink and an area to hose them down if you go on a wet and muddy day. You're expected to pick up after your dog, but watch where you step, because not all owners are as responsible as you are, though most of them are good about looking after their dogs.

No, it's been a yr since my 1st & last visit with my fur babies. Man brought his pit & after taking it off leash gave it a attack command, he sat down laughing. One of my son's met me & this guy never called his pit off him either. I got my son & little dog over the fence but I couldn't get my big girl over. She still has issues. I'll never take a pet to another place like this again.
No but if you have any spare plastic bags for poo its always appreciated! !!
