Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Unfortunately, I needed to exchange my car three times due to issues with the cars they gave me, most of which had been smoked in. Nevertheless, the staff got set up with replacements every time without a problem.

Had a reservation for a week long jeep rental. Booked 5 months in advance even called a couple of days beforehand to confirm. Upon arrival there was no jeep was offered an SUV but specifically needed a jeep for the week. No remorse and no help wasted a couple of hours and gas driving there and back for nothing. I called enterprise and they were able to find a jeep but price was changed. 1. Would have appreciated a call or email ahead of time saying they didn't have the vehicle I reserved. 2. I specifically asked if there were any jeeps available that were close and received no help at this location and no effort. Wasted time money, effort and planning. My vacation is ruined and I'm left holding the bag trying to find accommodations last minute.
