Service department is grimy and untrustworthy. They were changing the oil in my 2018, which I bought there, every oil change. My car had a defective engine which was consuming oil at a very high rate. When I would go for an oil change hardly any oil would come out and they wouldn't mention anything. They knowingly sold me a car that could have a defective engine and it was defective and they failed to say a word! I discovered it myself around 50,000 miles. I will never go there again. I found another Kia dealership to take my business to. Should actually be zero Stars

We toured the lot without anyone approaching us. We entered the dealership and no one said Boo!!!!! We stood, after 5 minutes we found seats. We sat waiting, watching, wasting time. No one ever approached us so we left.... After being a loyal customer for more than 15years I'm disappointed 😞

Update: I originally posted a complaint but the ownership of this dealership was responsive and took care of this issue. All you can ask from a company and pleased with their professionalism

Ask for Mike he will have your paper work ready and go over your service schedule and take time to help you set up all advanced drivers safety and your kia app He has it down ,makes transition easier then you would expect.

I would suggest to talk to dealership directly. Every car is going to be different depending on your credit score I would think.
