It’s this worker there she’s light skin . I was asking her for instructions on where was my truck she was so high she was talking so slow moving so slow she was just slow . Her eyes was closed while she was trying to instruct me on where is my truck was she couldn’t tell me because she was super high and honestly uhaul shouldn’t have intoxicated people working that way on The clock I was very uncomfortable and couldn’t understand for the life of me why was she even that high . Something needs to be done asap or I will reach out to an manager or go over the manager head

Should have trusted my gut. I've had bad experiences with U-Haul in the past, and this location is no exception. Got a call 2 days before a move that they couldn't honor the time or truck size on my reservation. Highly recommend paying more for an alternate rental company—you'll end up saving in the long run.
