It's the little things that make a hotel great. These folks nailed it! The room was very clean, spacious and well laid out. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast was spot on. They are located in the center of town, so it was convenient to the shops and restaurants. The outdoor seating areas are beautiful and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. We really enjoyed our stay.

Warning for anyone allergic or sensitive to fragrances or perfumes (like me): There was a very heavy scent in the room (I'm guessing half a bottle of air freshener and/or cleaning supplies). The scent did not dilute enough for me to be comfortable in the room until the afternoon of our second day there. While I am very, very, very grateful that the room was clean, I would hope that major hotel chains would start using cleaning supplies without such strong fragrances. The bed linens were washed in scent-free detergents, and the bars of soap had mild fragrances that dissipated quickly enough that I could use them. The room itself was more spacious than I expected from the pictures and was comfortable after the initial cleaning fragrance finally dissipated. It was laid out well with an emphasis on functionality and space for people to move around in it. The staff were friendly, but it was difficult to make even small changes to the reservation. We had a similar issue with another Hilton brand hotel earlier in the year, and this seems to be a company wide issue. While we enjoyed the room itself (after the scent was mostly gone) and the location of the hotel near the Arches National Park, we are unlikely to return to this hotel because of the issues.

Great experience at this Hilton. Great location, right next to lots of shops and restaurants. Has parking and 2 charging spots for electric cars. We booked last minute and got a nice sized room. They also offer extended stays, as our room had a kitchenette in it. The thing I'd like to highlight the most is how incredible their complimentary breakfast is! Still floored by it. Our first morning, they had omelettes and they were seasoned so well- which is UNHEARD of for eggs in a hotel breakfast. They offered bagels, muffins, breads, toast, cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, and more. Our first morning, they had the omelettes and waffles. The second morning they had fresh biscuits and gravy! So delicious. We will stay here for every Moab visit from now on.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Loved that it had a kitchenette and living space. Beds were super comfy. The continental breakfast gets crowded in the mornings with lines for food so make sure to give yourself plenty of time to eat if you have somewhere to be!
