I couldn't be happier with my new floor. We went everywhere (just ask my husband) and feel like we got fantastic value. The installers were professional in every way - they explained exactly what they were doing and how they were going to do it, they were precise and they cleaned up after themselves. Nothing but great things to say about Nickel City.

If i can give zero start, I would, They just sale products and give the installation to sub contractors. I do not recommend them , We have terrible experience with them, Mike is a liar, he told us job will be done in 3 days and few people will be working, it took 9 days and they hired a sub contractor, my husband helped that guy 3 full day to get the job done quickly. If you have a big work to get done, there will be one guy and it will take forever. I do not recommend them.They are not honest at all.

My floors look awesome. Nickel City did a top notch job. They are very fortunate to have Kyle installing for them. Kyle is talented and polite and went out of his way to help me and do everything right. Jen (?) at the store was very helpful and Mike worked through our difficult syncing of installation with professionalism. I highly recommend them.
