It was good when I first move here but after a couple of years things started getting bad. I was out of town for a while and it jad real bad weather and it caved my roof and messed my ceiling up. Water was all in my room. It messed my furniture up and bedroom set. My ceiling is still messed up. I've been putting in work orders for over a year now about things in my home that needs to be fixed and still nothing jas been done. My stove has been out for 4 months. I can't cook for my kids. My daughter had to come get them to bring them down there and I had been spending money on take out fir them. I'm bout to go get me a stove and put this one on the side. I'm ready to move. cook.
Yes they have half that are based on income and they have half that are priced at market value

For anyone who has just recently moved here and applied thru DHA, how long did it take you to get an apartment as far as being on the waiting list ? And can you post pictures of the inside, I can't find any! Can you apply for apt w/o DHA assistance?
