This store has went downhill! If you are going to have an answering service handle orders then give them the option to modify the order. I had to be connected to the store where the girl took my order then hung up on me. She then called back to ask me if it was delivery and tell me the total. I asked her to read back my order and of course it was completely wrong. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from that location again. I can see a mix up every now and then but this is probably the third or fourth time they have completely messed up my order.

Delivery took over and hour and 20 min. When I called they said it was out for delivery, when I called back they said it was still at store- completely lied to me about my pizza being out for delivery. According to the app, my pizza was made and sat at store waiting for almost an hour. If you are understaffed, make a note to people BEFORE ordering and expecting timely service.

ordered at 5 PM, pizza out of oven for quality check at 523 PM. Pizza delivered at 645 PM. Store is only 4.4 miles away. Order was on a Thursday evening. When I called the store, the employee did not speak clearly and had an attitude that I was calling to express that the pizza and wings were completely cold. The manager did tell her to refund our money...respectable. Bottom line, we spent $43 for a large pizza, 6 wings, and a large tip hoping for good service and a hot pizza. This Dominos fell short with service.

Ordered 2 large pizza’s (cheese and deluxe). It was delivered in a reasonable time. The cheese looked like it was made an hour earlier and was dry with not sauce. The deluxe looked fresh. I called the store and the woman who answered claimed she personally put tomatoes on the pizza. Would not offer any solution. I will never buy from this store again.
