Terrible experience being a tenant of theirs. When we first moved into our house on Trenton Ave we discovered that it was never cleaned before we moved in. Mold in the basement window, holes everywhere(even though the lease said not to put holes in the walls). Just a dirty house. The washing machine had mildew as well. Getting any type of maintence is like pulling teeth. We tried to get a screen window fixed at about month 4 of living there and when we moved out it still wasn't fixed. Avoid any property managed by this company. They are the worst.

These people are the worse they never answer the dam phone what so ever. You call Andrew a whole bunch of times he doesn’t even answer either.. and that’s how they want us to pay rent on time gtfoh with this bs… smh. These good reviews are all lies 😂😂😂

We lived in their apartment for 3 years as we were in a very difficult situation, they treated us terribly, when we first moved in, we rented a truck asked few friends for help , we put everything in the U haul truck, the guy supposed to give us the key was late for 2 hours then he finally showed up, guess what, there were 2 guys doing renovation in the apartment, we had to take everything back and waited for 2 days for them to finish renovation, finally they finished but the windows were full of dust from the renovation, me and my wife had to take 2 days off from work to clean the apartment, after a year we found the gas was leaking, we called them it took them a month to get us a new stove , we couldn't cook for a month remember that was during November super cold time.no cooking, And another time the refrigerator was not working and molded underneath, we called them and they brought another junk refrigerator used and painted one was full of smell from the paint, the worsed thing was during the covid time they tried to sell the apartment and they forced us to sign a piece of paper that says we don't have covid if anyone comes in the apartment get covid we were responsible, if we don't sign it they were going to kick us out, and every couple of days they bring strangers to the apartment and we had to step outside so they can check the place, eventually we had to move out one month before our lease ends , because we really couldn't stand signing the papers all the time and having strangers coming in every couple of days . There were way more than that but it gonna take me forever to write all the details, it's the worst experience ever.

Onyx has been super helpful and responsive over the entire two years my fiancee and I leased a house from them in Fairmount. Thank you Gizelle and Marina for quickly answering all my questions from day 1 and shout out to Felix for showing up at any hour to fix an appliance all while telling us funny stories.
