I purchased 4 tires and scheduled replacement 3 times on this store. We went back and forth 4 times and still not done yet. I called 40min before I went and confirmed they have enough time to complete the work before they closed, but after 40min drive when I arrived they said no and he said he'll yell at the one who said yes, but just no work and no apology! Our wheel lock is missing and that's not their fault, but they took apart our trunk(maybe to find the lock) and there's a screw missing now and I cannot assemble it back with a flat surface now!! The lock box was simply put in the box behind passenger seat why you disassemble my trunk?? I wish they had some common sense and I wish they will complete the work next time!!

Costco is awesome for its tire service but not this location. Made an appointment for rotation and tire inspection but for the third time this location failed to deliver basic service. The guy at the front desk is just not interested in being there. I understand these low wage "mechanics" are not supposed to go far and beyond, but the service at the Montgomeryville location makes these look like they work for Walmart. No paperwork at the end, no changed sticker on the windshield, and most importantly they failed to address a cut on one of the tires. The only reason I kept going to this location was for their gas station. But overall, saving 20¢ per gallon is not worth the headache.

I didn’t know a Costco tire center could be this efficient. Instead of waiting for hours, they rotated my tires quickly. My home Costco doesn’t have this kind of service. Only ding is that they don’t contact you as they say they will once the tires are done. Honestly based on what I’ve dealt with out there, I’ll take it
