Hi Yasmine, when CareGivers runs a PCA training program, it is offered free of charge to people who intend to work for us. While we can't mandate that our class graduates work for us, we do let our class applicants know up front that the class is intended for future CareGivers employees, and we trust that they are honest enough to only go through the class if they intend to work for us. If you are looking for a PCA certificate so that you can work at another agency, you could check with that agency to find out what training programs they offer, or check with local adult education programs to see what programs they are offering (those are usually not free because there are costs involved in running a training program). Hi - we do not participate with Molina. We don't have a contract with Aetna, but we are always open to working with them if they reach out to us about their clients. Our Buffalo office is not a Medicare provider, but we do participate with many Managed Medicaid providers, like Fidelis, Nascentia, iCircle, and Kalos. We are also a participating provider with the Erie County Office for Aging and the VA. Calling your provider directly may be the best place to start - they will offer you more information about the services you qualify for and the providers in your area. Thank you for your interest in CareGivers. We do not have training classes planned any time soon in our Buffalo office. We advertise our training classes on our website and on indeed when we do have them, the ads usually go up about a month before the training class starts. Best of luck to you!
