Bob came out on Wednesday to refinish the guest bath and tile. He walked us through each step of the refinishing process. Not only was he knowledgeable but friendly and fun to talk with. The end product is fabulous!! Thank you,Bob!

The contractor did an excellent job prepping the tub for resurfacing, and masking the area surrounding it. However, the end result was shoddy. Overall, the finish is rough and dull. Four small chips and two scratches on the bottom of the tub looked as if the spray product did not cover them. Two corners of the tub, and the area surrounding the drain also looked like they needed more coats of the product. (The tub had been resurfaced 30 years ago, and these areas had peeled over time, showing the original tub finish which was a grayish white. ) There were issues with appointments. The contractor was late for our first appointment, but the scheduler did call to say the contractor would be late. He was 45 minutes late. Two subsequent appointments were finally made, after we discovered the shoddy finish, for the contractor to come and repair the job. Both times the contractor did not show up, nor did they call us to tell us that he was not coming. Poor business practice. We do not recommend using this business.
