I was in need of a chest x-ray, and I entered this site without an appointment. My wait time was minimal I was treated very respectfully and by concerned professionals. After seeing two technicians I was taken for my chest x-ray. I was given the initial diagnosis of my chest x-ray and was sent home. Everyone there acted very professional and were concerned. I was given a follow up phone call which I responded to and was found that a second radiologist read my chest x-ray and found my illness to be a result of reaction to a shot. I’m very pleased with how I was treated. I highly recommend anyone who has concerns and cannot see either position immediately to take advantage of the WELL NOW institutions

Yes, you can be tested for covid-19 with your appt. If you're symptomatic, they may have you wait in your vehicle until you're called to come in and depending on your insurance, you may have to pay for the test.
Yes x-rays but not sure about aonograms
Yes I'm pretty sure they do, you could always call to double check.
