Years ago I had multiple bad experiences at this place but I’m glad to say that they’ve fix all the staffing issues. Shirley & shqade we’re 100% professional , efficient and have great communication skills. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future and recommend anyone looking for any of their services to give them a try regardless of your previous experiences here. Give these peeps a raise!

Helpful staff, unhooked my trailer and got a quick checkout! the guy just waved me along in the parking lot saying "nothing to sign; you'll get a statement by email in a couple minutes!"

Reserved a “guaranteed” 15’ truck and when I got to the store we had to wait in a 45 min line for them to tell us they had lost the keys. The app said “skip the line and head to the front” but that was not the case. When it was our turn, they said just because it’s “guaranteed” doesn’t mean you get the truck you reserve. That doesn’t make any sense to me. So not only did I not get what I needed, but had to make several more trips in a smaller 10’ truck. Every time we have used uhaul there ends up being a problem. Would rather buy a truck and trailer than use this location, or the uhaul brand ever again. Horrible experience, and worst staff I’ve ever seen.
