I’m so glad this Domino’s is under new management. The general manager is a very sweet lady. She’s very understanding and apologetic. She make sure she correct the problem (if there is one) and make sure your food is made properly. She even delivers when she has to! Definitely will be ordering again!

I ordered my pizza at 9:30 for delivery. After 2 hours I drove to the location and picked up my own freezing cold pizza. I would like a customer service manager to contact me and explain why delivery is an option if they have no intentions on delivering. I would like a full refund because I will not be patronizing again. The tracker is pointless, the message option was a fail it sent me the same message no matter what I asked. I called the location and was hung up on before they took the call, when I arrived there were 3 employees all talking on their phones "waiting" for the delivery driver. Un-acceptable

Never received my delivery order. Made online order at 2000 hours. They sent me an email that I would receive subsistence in 2 hours. Waited until 2330 same day, made several calls store never answered the phone. The number listed is to a customer service call center. Not directly to store. They tried to connect me to the store and management would not answer. The tracker they have online is definitely not accurate. My order stated there were prepping my order for 3 plus hours. Needless to say I’m still waiting on call from management. This establishment is such a big let down.

Ordered a pizza and stuffed cheese bread without bacon online for home delivery. they sent it with bacon which I don't want. Called them and explained the situation. the lady with less compassion and more arrogance on the phone asked me to bring the order to her so she can fix it. First they delay it for an hour, then mess up the order and then ask me drive to their place at almost midnight so that they can fix it. are you kidding me?? if I wanted to drive to dominos, why will I order it for delivery??? at least learn to be kind, humble and apologetic. Tell me again why to tip in advance???
