Tyler and his team in the service department did a good job of installing a new head liner inside my 2019 lincoln mkc. They also changed the rear tailgate motor that stopped working. Rotated my tires and balanced them. He made sure I was in a vehicle and never worried while the repairs were going on. He kept me aware of the whole process.Thank you for the great service

West Herr service department saved my butt . I had 2015 Ford escape that I bought my wife which had an extended warranty. I live in Florida was up in Clarence NY and the transmission died. I called four dealers and West Herr was the only one that said bring it in. Every one was great Mary the receptionist,Bill the service manager and especially Mr Fiegel the tech that rebuilt my transmission. For ther last 6 years I have gotten my vehicles from here. Wid Today I'm changing my review, wish I could select 0 stars. I have a 2014 Escape, which I bought brand-new from West Herr Ford. It would not start after driving for about 30 min and twice while driving, the engine would stop and I would get a error "transmission in Park". They had it for five days and there technicians couldn’t find the problem, Bill's excuse was there computers could not diagnose the problem because they couldn't duplicate the issue. Bill said we can’t find the problem there’s no issue. I picked the car up, the next day, I was driving it and it happened again, I called and asked that someone come to me immediately to plug in their computer. I was told they didn’t have enough staff to have it towed. I told them I will never be back and will never buy a car from them again. I ended up taking it to Willow Ridge Auto & Electric. They had it for three days and found the problem. So who's the technician! Don't come here go to Willow Ridge Auto & Electric, there a great affordable service, thankfully I found Willow Ridge Auto & Electric!
