I scheduled a service visit here on 8/15/22 to have a safety recall software update done. After a typical wait my EV was returned to me and I was told the recall update was complete and given paperwork. 7 weeks later I brought my EV to a different Hyundai dealership for scheduled maintenance and they advised me I had a recall. I told my advisor that it was already done by Jerry's Hyundai in Weatherford. He called to confirm and was told that they didn't do the update because they weren't "hybrid certified", which my advisor had never heard of. My wife and son were still riding in our new car under the false impression that a safety recall had been resolved for almost two months due to this inexcusable behavior.

Staff is very nice & helpful. The construction is a inconvenience. Jerry , the portapotties are gross, they were nicer when construction first started, what happened. If you decide to get service, walk to HEB

Watch out for the finance department. When I got home and reviewed all paperwork more carefully they added a wheel & tire contract for 1500, gap for 1000 and extended service contract 3500. After I had told them that I didn't want any of that. They also won't use your bank..
