To start we arrive at the hotel and the lobby is extremely hot, the front desk staff was very nice. We get into our room and find hair, stains, and holes all inside the sheets of the bed. The couch had writing all over it and the walls had large scratches. The bathroom was disgusting and seemed like it had not been cleaned in ages. I would never recommend this hotel.

Good place to stay unless you have an issue. The management is not very helpful. Booked a stay but the power was out due to a storm. I felt unsafe in almost total darkness so I opted to keep traveling. Even though I never set foot in the room management refused a refund saying the power outage was an act of God.

We had no internet service during our stay, which was VERY frustrating. When you entered our room there was no switch to turn lights on. I finally found it hidden behind the open bathroom door, about 6 feet in - POOR DESIGN! I also felt that the hotel was overpriced for the community it is in and the community activities that weren’t going on.

Very disappointing. The management and staff has managed to take a 3 star hotel and make it a 2 star. This hotel as recently as summer was clean and well maintained, now it is starting to fall apart, staff yelling and fighting among themselves, and not providing the service that they used to. It all starts when you pull up and the staff is parking in front of the doors into the place, s.itting on the hood of their cars to smoke and to take their breaks. Not a very good visual that makes the guests feel welcomed or secure. No room cleaning because of covid, no new towels unless the guest goes to front desk to get them, same for toilet paper, etc. When a room costs over $100 a night, it is reasonable to have some services, otherwise cut your room rates. When breakfast is until 9:30, leave food out until at least 9:30. Do not remove breakfast at 9:15. This place is being run and staffed by people that have no business in the hospitality business. Stayed twice in 10 days. Both times a 1 star experience.
