My Great Niece Kelsee Pounds was graduating from Georgia Military College Preparatory School so I called to make a reservation and Renee was very helpful. When I arrived Will was just as sweet and helpful as could be with the checkin. Jamie and the housekeepers were all so nice and friendly, I adored each and everyone of them I ran into. My room was nice and clean, very well stocked with everything I would need for my stay. When I was checking out Shamara was an absolute sweetheart, she had people asking her questions, wanting to check out, etc and she's so warm and friendly just smiling making everyone feel like they were a guest in her home. Thank you all for making me feel so welcomed. I will say the only negative thing is the $50.00 pet fee for my 13 year old 8 pound Maltipoo. I have never paid that much for a pet fee, usually $15.00-$20.00 at the most. I think its a little high, especially for a small dog.

This location is great, right off the highway. Ideal location between Raleigh and Pensacola. Bed's we're clean, and service people were friendly. The breakfast could use some improvement. Would definitely stay there again.

I didn't stay in a room, but attended a funeral in one of the meeting rooms. The room seemed clean and well arranged. The staff was accommodating and very helpful. The cleanliness of the facility and the attentiveness of the staff helped in making this day much easier for all of us.

I was pleased to have beds, in an accessible room, that I could sit on with my feet on the floor. At last, a facility that understands that height does not equal luxury! A disabled guest cannot roll out of a shower and leap onto a ridiculously high bed. You seemed to understand that at this facility. So many in the US do not. Thank you!
