I heard about Master Saghafi from my sister who visits him regularly. She's always bright and happy when she returns. I was lucky to be able to have a session with him. He was very nice and intuitive. I felt great after the session and it had lasting affects! I felt lighter, just a little time spent with him went a long way! I recommend Master Saghafi to anyone who wants someone who really listens, who cares and is very affective with real results :-)

I went to Master Mind because of of insomnia. I quickly learned that my sleep issues were just a symptom of another problem. I am now learning to eliminate anxiety, and relax. What I am achieving goes beyond my few sessions. I am coming away with life lessons that I will continue to use in the future. And yes, I am sleeping again!

I enjoyed and looked forward to my time spent with Master Saghafi. He listens with intention. I like his no excuses approach to everything. Mostly, I appreciated his honesty and frankness. He won’t tell you what you want to hear, he’ll tell you the truth. Walking out of each session, I always felt a sense of calmness and I was very much at ease. I highly recommend Master Mind Hypnosis!!

I consider myself a good judge and read of character. And no doubt I felt connected immediately to the master. And no doubt he knows what he’s doing he helped me cure my ailment in one session, something I couldn’t do for decades. But today, I know that I do not fully trust him. I have a firm belief that a friend of mine who went to the master came out the other end in a very bad way. Why would any hypnotist put a young lady under for nine hours, this beyond my comprehension. I fully admit that I could be reading the situation wrong but I do feel that it is my karmic duty to at least make people aware so they can make their own judgment knowing that not every story ends well.

People with anxiety may be interested in using hypnosis to help them overcome their symptoms. Hypnosis has been used for centuries as a form of treatment, and there are several different types of techniques that can be used to treat anxiety. The most common type is called guided imagery, where the patient imagines themselves in an anxiety-free state while being completely aware and conscious of what they're imagining. Another technique is self-hypnosis, which involves hypnotizing yourself through your own mind by focusing on a specific object or tone until you fall into a trance-like state. Once you have reached this relaxed state your subconscious mind will absorb whatever messages it has been given from the therapist or specialist doing the therapy session. Hypnotherapy has been found to be effective in managing anxiety. Here are some of the benefits: -Hypnosis helps people relax and focus their attention. -It can help with stress, worry, and sadness by letting go of these feelings through a process called "abreaction." Abreaction is the release of emotions that have built up over time. Hypnotherapy can also help people who experience panic attacks or phobias because it teaches them how to control their reactions to stressful situations. -Hypnotherapists teach self-hypnosis techniques that patients can use on their own as needed for relief from symptoms such as muscle tension or pain, stomachaches, insomnia, nausea and vomiting, headaches, asthma attacks and more.
