This place is no help I have been 7 different times to get a title changed over and every time they tell me I need something else I ask is that all and then I get it and then they say I need something they have no clue here

No place in Mesquite.....closest will be the Garland DPS office. Just head down N Beltline Rd and take right on Interstate 30 service road.
I have paperwork from a lien holder that I have paid off and needed the lien to be removed off my title in the DPS system. Can I have that done here

Free you have to get a form from DPS and have your doctor fill it out.
