Bad, from my first option to the last. I don't like their new people. They often make me turn back very upset and who knows where are the girls I used to know. Seems either they wants to go home early or they don't want to work. If they have costumers they are complaining, if they don't have costumers they are complaining as well. You can see there are problems between the ladies so If you call requesting an appointment with someone the don't pass the phone. Anyways, my family and myself are just saying good bye to you.

I LOVE my curly hair, and before I went into Isabel's, it went down to about my lips when I'd pull it. I said I strictly wanted a buzz on the sides and literally 1/16 trim on the top (so it would hardly be noticable). I wanted to keep all the curls and the length that I had been working on for roughly 5 months. They ended up completely disregarding my wishes. In short, they cut roughyl 4 1/2 inches off the top. I feel so uncomfortable and depressed because I take so really good care of my hair and I have really been working on growing it out, and that was still my plan. It feels like its not even my hair anymore. It barely reaches eye level now, and I couldn't be more livid. I will never be returning to this salon, nor would I recommend it to anyone I know.

The salon had great customer service. I'm new to the neighborhood and I have been on a search for a great barber shop, gave a few a shot bu did not like the outcome. I came across this salon and was surprised on how well of a job the barber did (Brittain C.). I will and to this day continue to come to this shop as long as it is operating .
