I would award Empire PC & Repair 100 gold stars for excellence if I could. Whatever your computer challenge is - whether it is a minor repair to saving you from a catastrophic PC failure - Empire will save the day. No hype. Unlike others, Jerad is a true IT expert. Not only does he have outstanding expertise, he is very personable and extremely professional. To put the icing on the computer cake, Jerad has extremely fair prices and his turnaround time is amazing. I've been an incredibly happy client for over a decade and I don't trust anyone else but Jerad.

This company did a great job addressing our computer issues! Even though the repair was done remotely, excellent service! Would definitely recommend.

Hello! Thanks for your question. We closed our shop there back in 2019 but offer as needed services mostly in the evenings and weekends. Was there something we could help you with?

Where are you located now.

Thanks for the question. We do all of our work over the internet with remote support, or via onsite visits now. Check out our website for more details!

You recommended Malware Bytes for anti virus, which I would like to thank you. It's a great program. Now I have a weird problem. When I enter my camera sd card to upload pics, it goes in , will not upload and won't pop out. Help

Hello! Malwarebytes wouldn't prevent a portable storage device such as your camera's SD card from "mounting" or loading in Windows and being seen under your external devices. I'd recommend having someone at our repair center look at that for you. Could be any number of things, especially with you unable to now remove it - maybe it was inserted upside down? We can definitely take a look and help in store, if you'd like!
