Great location for Bryce Canyon and Zion National parks. Rustic atmosphere. Rooms had refrigerators. Great breakfast. Rooms were being painted and needed finished. We always stay here when we travel to Bryce Canyon.

Exactly what we were looking for. Clean and quite rooms with close access to Bryce and Escalante. Nice views out the window were a plus too. The family who runs the place is great. We had an issue with our smoke detector going off and they had someone over immediately to take care of it. Also the breakfast is hot, excellent for a continental breakfast and opens at 6:30am--which was great so we could grab something quick and get into the park early. Eggs, sausages, waffles, toast, English muffins, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt etc. Definitely would return if in the area.

Stayed here in Oct 2021 before seeing Bryce Canyon. The room was fine and spacious. Breakfast was good. Great place to stay if you're visiting Bryce Canyon or any of the other Nat'l Parks/Forests nearby.

We had a room with a mountain view, and it was a lovely view. Location to Bryce Canyon is great, just a short drive away which was perfect for our early morning to watch sunrise. The room was clean, but the bathroom was very small.
